My experience overall was excellent. The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and exceedingly professional, and the dealership has a fun and lively atmosphere with a cafe inside. As a woman purchasing genuinely kind, friendly, and exceedingly professional, and the dealership has a fun and lively atmosphere with a cafe inside. As a woman purchasing a car by myself, I felt no pressure from anyone at the dealership and I never felt like anyone was going to take advantage of me as a consumer (as has happened to me at other dealerships). I went through the Costco program and it was very straightforward and transparent. Salesman Mike was fun to work with and very personable, and he treated me like a queen. Joshua, who came in on his day off after another manager called in sick, was the most well-informed Financial Manager I have ever met ---surprisingly down to earth, wise, and with a great sense of humor and passion for helping others. Everyone took time to patiently answer all my many questions. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation, and I'm looking forward to returning in the future to their service department for routine maintenance. More

I know the “usual” car buying process can feel very stressful and high-pressure, but that was not the case at West Hills Honda. What you see is what you get. I had been thrown by the email I received from the internet rep about the car because I thought I was being quoted for a hybrid. Fortunately, Zach didn't push me too hard on my decision, which ultimately was to go with the regular gasoline engine. And he was careful about walking me through the features of the car and making sure I understood how they worked. I'm happy with the car I bought. We're long-time Honda owners and I have every expectation we'll be driving the new Accord for some time to come. Cons: I was a bit distressed at how long the process took--I did not expect to be at the dealership for over four hours. And I was quite annoyed by how the finance guy continued to push me to buy an expensive warranty extension despite my repeatedly saying no, I don't want it. More

Sal was a very knowledgeable salesman. He helped us pick out our vehicle and even helped us when my Fiancé kept changing her mind on the color EVEN after he filled out the paperwork. The only thing we didn' out our vehicle and even helped us when my Fiancé kept changing her mind on the color EVEN after he filled out the paperwork. The only thing we didn't appreciate was that we went it around 11am and we didn't leave till nearly 8pm. My last car purchase took 3 hours to compare. Besides taking a long time to complete the process Sal and West Hills did a great job and I plan on enjoying my brand new 2019 CRV! More
