Ronald and Autumn were both very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my family. The only issues I had was with how short handed the dealership was. We ended up waiting 2 hours and they finally called someone from Toyota to come down and help us. I understand being short handed, I really do. I’ve been there at my own job. I just felt it could have been handled a little better and more quickly. Overall it was a very positive experience though and I would recommend this dealership. More

My experience overall was excellent. The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and exceedingly professional, and the dealership has a fun and lively atmosphere with a cafe inside. I went through the Costco program and it was very straightforward and transparent. Salesman Mike was fun to work with and very personable, and he treated me like a queen. Joshua, who came in on his day off after another manager called in sick, was the most well-informed Financial Manager I have ever met ---surprisingly down to earth, wise, and with a great sense of humor and passion for helping others. Everyone took time to patiently answer all my many questions. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation, and I'm looking forward to returning in the future to their service department for routine maintenance. More
