I had been thrown by the email I received from the internet rep about the car because I thought I was being quoted for a hybrid. Fortunately, Zach didn't push me too hard on my decision, which ultimately was to go with the regular gasoline engine. And he was careful about walking me through the features of the car and making sure I understood how they worked. I'm happy with the car I bought. We're long-time Honda owners and I have every expectation we'll be driving the new Accord for some time to come. Cons: I was a bit distressed at how long the process took--I did not expect to be at the dealership for over four hours. And I was quite annoyed by how the finance guy continued to push me to buy an expensive warranty extension despite my repeatedly saying no, I don't want it. More

Sal was a very knowledgeable salesman. He helped us pick out our vehicle and even helped us when my Fiancé kept changing her mind on the color EVEN after he filled out the paperwork. The only thing we didn' out our vehicle and even helped us when my Fiancé kept changing her mind on the color EVEN after he filled out the paperwork. The only thing we didn't appreciate was that we went it around 11am and we didn't leave till nearly 8pm. My last car purchase took 3 hours to compare. Besides taking a long time to complete the process Sal and West Hills did a great job and I plan on enjoying my brand new 2019 CRV! More
