Maggie quickly and fairly assessed the value of our trade and connected us with a professional sales associate. Zachery Re impressed us with his extensive detailed knowledge of the various car models. Zach answered each question with a high level of detail which made the shopping experience excellent and selection of a vehicle easy. When going over the high tech features of the car, his explanations were clear which led to our deep understanding of the technologies. With David Brannon handling the finance piece, we were well informed about our transaction, never pressured, and left with a detailed understanding of our purchase. Stress free car buying. I used the "Costco Auto Program". This was the most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. "West Hills Honda" salesperson Chelsee Stern wa I used the "Costco Auto Program". This was the most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. "West Hills Honda" salesperson Chelsee Stern was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We did not have to haggle about the price at all. She did not push options I did not want. The sales price West Hills Honda gave me was thousands less than what I expected it to be.....even with the discounts. It was a stress free/feel good car buying experience. More
