Easiest car I've ever bought. I viewed this car online and when I came in to schedule an oil change for my 2007 civic I decided to take the car for a.test drive. Mike was my sales rep and he tolde the history of the car and why it was a 2016 and had only 17,000 miles on it. It felt just like my old civic with newer features but easy for this 64 y.o. to learn about. We settled on a.price and then David took over to settle the financial arrangements. The car was detailed and they pulled upy old car and Ernest helped me transfer my items to the new vehicle. So easy!! More

New Pilot Our salesman Mike was very friendly and easy to work with. He showed us a car that we eventually purchased. It fits our needs very well. There was one part of the process I was disappointed with. After we had agreed on a price, we went back with the finance guy and did the usual lengthy task of of signing forms. Toward the end of that process he pulled out a sheet and started offering other services and warranties for additional cost. Since this was after we had agreed on the prize I found it very disingenuous that these additional costs were brought out and then. I think those items should be brought forward during the initial negotiation of price and discussed at that time. Putting us on the spot later was definitely a downer. More
