The salesperson was knowledgeable but insulted my intelligence by telling me that he was losing money by selling below MSRP. The somewhat heated discussion that followed nearly resulted in a "No Sale". South Tacoma Honda nearly became the winner of my business.... I am disappointed that the General Manager has not contacted me as I requested to discuss the buying experience. Sorry that I am unable to sugar coat the review but there is room for improvement at West Hills Honda. More

What a great team at West Hills Honday I walked in on a whim to see if I could trade in my Honda Fit for a newer model, have no downpayment and have a new car at the same or lower monthly p I walked in on a whim to see if I could trade in my Honda Fit for a newer model, have no downpayment and have a new car at the same or lower monthly payment. The next day I drove home in a 2018 Honda Sport with 55 miles on it, no downpayment, and no change to my monthly payment.
