This was my 3rd experience with Bremerton West Hills Honda in obtaining a new car (Lease) and my second time working with Jamie also my first time working with Jake. They take the time to explain all the options, whats available, all about the lease and the new car. As I told them at the sales presentation, It is so important to have friendly, knowledgeable persons to discuss the cars with their clients and this is always the case with West Hills Honda. I mentioned also that to me, the experience just starts with the sales personnel, the rest depends on the, financial person, and the Service Department. Here again, I have always had exceptional service from a simple oil change to a complicated repair issue. I commend West Hills Honda for having sales persons with the qualities of Jake and Jamie. They will keep us coming back! Well done. More

We received a coupon in the mail for a cheap oil change if we test drove a car. We were not planning on buying a car! We test drove the CRV (which I have always wanted - Barb) but Mal did not like the ga if we test drove a car. We were not planning on buying a car! We have had it for 4 days and so far very pleased with it. PJ answered a lot of our questions and was very attentive. Then Jamie came into the picture and helped close the deal. We started out with a higher interest rate through Kitsap CU and when my husband went into the credit union the next day we found out that the interest rate was lower. We called the dealer and they were willing to redo the paperwork and get us the lower rate. I wish this had been done at the beginning but oh well. The people we dealt with were very friendly and could not do enough for us. PJ even threw in a cargo liner for us. We were very pleased with the dealer and are truly looking forward to working with West Hills Honda in the future. Would we refer our family and friends? We would! Best service dept. I have ever delt with. Mr. Jeter makes service worth the 3 hour round trip even though I have a dealer 15 minutes away. I had an outstanding professional experience buying a new Honda Accord with Jeff and the entire staff at West Hills Honda.
