I had an outstanding professional experience buying a new Honda Accord with Jeff and the entire staff at West Hills Honda. Kent is awesome!! Such a friendly, funny and personable guy. He explained everything throughly, went through the vehicle with us step by step so we knew where everything was and how it worked. Effeciently and professionally handled my car sales. Has a great sense of humor too. My finance manager, Josh Kolbas is a kick in the pants. I have never bought a service plan for my vehicle and was already saying no when he pulled the info out. When he showed me the expense slip from a overheated computer chip and the cost to replace, I was almost sold. Then when he said if you don't have to use it you get all the money back it was a no brainer. I had to have it. Then I got the oil change package and they will let me drop off my car and take me and drop me off to go shopping. I feel lke I am protected from all angles. When I left I felt like I was driving a Lamborgini off the lot. Oh, and I get a free Latte with every oil change and they balance my tire to. If I get a ding, scratch or rip in my apolstry no problem. I take it to West Hill Honda and they will give me a rental to use while they repair it. I could go on and on.
