April 7th I made an appointment to replace my broken 2012 CRV key. A new key was cut and programed in short order. I inquired about the drivers seat belt failing to retract. I expected to hear an estimate in CRV key. A new key was cut and programed in short order. I inquired about the drivers seat belt failing to retract. I expected to hear an estimate in hundreds of dollars. The service assistant suggested washing the seat belt should resolve the problem. His advice was correct saving me about $500.00. Fast efficient service that made me feel not like a customer but like family. I'll be back. More
