Recently I decided to replace my 2008 Chevrolet Equinox. I decided it was time to break my two cardinal rules of cars - never buy a used car or a black one. I started my research online by visiting many dealers' websites as well as national online car wholesalers. I was shocked at the prices and disappointed with availability. Eventually, I discovered West Hills Autoplex on the other side of Puget Sound from where I live. There was a car on their website I wanted badly. I called a friend of mine (also retired) who had spent 50 years in the car business who now is car adviser. I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning and we drove an hour to get to West Hills Honda. When we got there, I was "given" Charlie Brown and his new sales person, CLAIRA CABLE. Both sides did our song and dance routine. CLAIRA was the nicest car sales person I have EVER worked with.even though it was only day five for her. With Charlie's help along with Martin, Steven in finance and Jeremy sales manager, we got to my price point. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have gone through. My great thanks to all involved but especially CLAIRA. By the way, the car is black! I am thoroughly enjoying it. I heartily endorse the people and dealership. More
