I got a new car from this place 5+ years ago and got a extended warranty at time of purchase that I would get back if I do not use it well I recently traded it in for a Toyota and have been trying to get extended warranty at time of purchase that I would get back if I do not use it well I recently traded it in for a Toyota and have been trying to get the extended warranty refunded been calling stayed on the phone on hold for over a hour each time then I decided to go in and well got helped out right away for it but they needed me to send something in a email so I did that also and asked for them to let me know they got it well they never got back to me so I have tried to call again to check the states its been over 2 weeks since I went in and sent them that paper they needed again on hold for a hour to no response I know there not busy to not to answer there phone. If your expecting a refund on what ever they don't like to pay! And finance does not answer phones or like to call back! I do need to edit this Mr. Nixon I was working with and still no call from him. I would like to say thanks Blake for helping me out today 9-24-21 and for answering your phone and for taking care of my concerns today! More
