There was a handoff on the sales team from Cynthia to Max to close the deal. The transition was a little bumpy, but Max aims to please and when he understood and appreciated the way we wanted to approach the transaction, he bent over backwards to regain ground. There's one little thing to clean up on the back end of that transaction, and he's taking care of that, too. We will walk out of here as satisfied customers. More
