Now, here is where Mike Columbus comes in, he was extremely patient and answered all my questions (sometimes the same ones, several times). He and his team pulled out all the stops and hustled to make it happen for me. Result: I got to drive home, with a smile on my face, in a new 2021 Black Edition Ridgeline. More

We first engaged with Cynthia on the online sales team. She's a rockstar - best auto purchase experience we've had to date. There was a handoff on the sales team from Cynthia to Max to close the deal. The transition was a little bumpy, but Max aims to please and when he understood and appreciated the way we wanted to approach the transaction, he bent over backwards to regain ground. There's one little thing to clean up on the back end of that transaction, and he's taking care of that, too. We will walk out of here as satisfied customers. More
