This is our 3rd new CRV from West Hills Honda. We keep coming back to them because they provide us with the best service + have an excellent sales staff. As for your detailing shop, just because it is a “New” vehicle, doesn’t mean it doesn’t need to be wiped down and a quick vacuuming. Non of this was done. Last time same thing. Detailing is disappointing, when you purchase a new vehicle it’s nice to have it tip top! No matter if it eventually gets its every day wear and tear, it shouldn’t be, when getting it new from the dealer. The outside was washed and dried, very nice, but the inside, not so much. It wasn’t a horrible mess, but definitely could of been better. Like I said, nothing was freshly wiped down and vacuumed in this vehicle. P.S. This was noticed after leaving your facility, not worth the drive back to get it done properly. 🙂 But definitely worth mentioning. I would also recommend putting a sign up stating, floors slippery when wet! That would prevent people from falling. Like my husband and a fellow employee of yours. Other then that Mike was 100% accommodating!! Thank you again!!! ********Received a call from Mike, they made it all right!!! Which does not surprise me. When convenient for us, we can take our car in for a full detail and full tank of gas. Out of the 5 dealers I visited or talked with West Hills offered the best deal and was the most helpful. I was surprised that one dealership would not sale to an out of state resident. They automatically lost a sale. David Brannon in Finance was very helpful and kept me up to date on the sale. I had to leave WA before the purchase and he assisted me with all the necessary paperwork to make the sale. He also took the ferry from Bremerton to Seattle and delivered my car to the barge to ship to Juneau. Noi Phonsavanh was also helpful in communication with me when we were not sure if I had to fly back to Tacoma to sign paperwork. I was impressed with West Hills Honda and will definitely refer family and friends to the dealership. More
