Can’t say enough about this group. From the moment we walked through the door and Leanne greeted us, to the test drive, to appraising our trade, clear through financing. I forget the man's name that helped w/ our trade, but he was fair, very friendly and straight up. We had 2 other appraisers at different dealerships evaluate our trade and had also done our research so we knew where we should be. We did not tell them that, but West Hills came in with a fair offer right away, rather then make us sit through the back and forth like the other places. It established trust right away and cinched our decision. Once in financing, David was very helpful and took the stress out of the entire process. Before I left, Leanne took extra time to pair my phone and took her time going over the features and how to work them.
