What a great experience we had when we were trying to replace our 17 year old car. After visiting many dealerships in the area we narrowed our search to 2 makes and models. Charlie arranged for us to test drive both of the vehicles we were looking at in both the Gas and Hybrid, He had the answers to our questions for the CRV's that we were looking at and most of the other makes we were thinking of. If he couldn't answer a question immediately he would find the answer for us. never during the time that he was helping us did we feel like he was trying to rush us into a purchase that we weren't ready for.
