The first day looking for a vehicle was extremely cold so I went home and found a vehicle online. Emailed Scott and he made it happen the next morning. Amanda was great, kind and went above and beyond. I believe that with longevity/experience with Honda, she is going to be an incredible asset to the dealership. As for West Hills in general, we were v believe that with longevity/experience with Honda, she is going to be an incredible asset to the dealership. As for West Hills in general, we were very disappointed in aspects of that experience. Two things stand out: 1) Initial trade in value proposed for our vehicle was so low/inaccurate that it felt no less than extortion. 2) After we had signed on an agreed upon TOTAL cost, (framed as "including all fees, taxes, deducting trade-in value"), we were told by financing that there was a mandatory $250-ish fee on top of that agreed upon price. This fee was the "etch" security cost. Although that fee was deducted for us after our complaint was moved up the chain, that was a way to leave us feeling like Honda had no interest in keeping their word. Again, we highly rate Amanda specifically, but our experience with the dealership itself left us sadly very disappointed. More
