Wow!! What can I say...I went in way upside down in my little Kia. I am a disabled veteran and was having trouble getting in and out of it. I called West Hills Honda the day before to make sure they had the model and color of Honda we wanted as we live an hour away. We also were buying thru the Costco auto buying program and wanted to make t they had the model and color of Honda we wanted as we live an hour away. We also were buying thru the Costco auto buying program and wanted to make the deal over the phone to save time when we came to trade out our car. We were provided a good estimate and made a deposit for the car we wanted. When we arrived at West Hills Honda, our sales person did not know we were buying the car utilizing the Costco program. Also, we were not told to bring a copy of my husband's DD214 for a veterans discount nor credit information for completing credit application. Super frustrating for sure, as communication between departments appeared non-existent. The highest of accolades go to the financial person, David Brannon, who has a special gift of explanation that ultimately saved us a bunch of money. All in all, we were at West Hills Honda for 7 hours in order to complete this transaction, which should have taken only a few hours. More

Went in for service on our 2002, which morphed into shopping for a used car. Charlie as a great help in figuring out what we wanted and what options were our available.
