She provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision on our 2020 CR-V Hybrid, before we even arrived at the dealership. When we arrived on-site, everything was prepared and set up for us exactly as we had expected, for the purchases of our vehicle. What we weren't expecting was the additional care and great customer service we received during the final process. Sal spent so much time with us, going over every detail of our purchase, as well as the vehicle itself. He was amazingly thorough and very knowledgeable about the vehicle!
