The People I worked with directly were very friendly and helpful. The problem was with how the management failed to staff enough sales people to address all the buyers. They also failed to staff enough f helpful. The problem was with how the management failed to staff enough sales people to address all the buyers. They also failed to staff enough finance personnel leading to an excessive long wait to meet up with both a salesperson and to finish purchasing of a car. Their COVID-19 protocol was not doing enough to allow decreased time spent exposed to others. They should work to help scheduled appts and decrease walk ins when they are short staffed instead of allowing crowds to develop. Also would have been better if all the extra coverage packages to be provided at the beginning of the sales price so it can be factored in instead of being an unexpected $2000-4000 cost. It also seemed dishonest not to offer standard low interest rate for lease to owns when it’s a national Honda offer advertised online. More
