Mike was excellent. Dealer not so much. We had a confirmed appointment to view a specific car, coming from 2 hours away. They sold it the night before and didn't cancel the appointment even though confirmed appointment to view a specific car, coming from 2 hours away. They sold it the night before and didn't cancel the appointment even though it was double confirmed. Mike sold us another car (thanks Mike). It took 4 months to get a refund for something that was not part of the agreed deal. They had agreed to the refund immediately, but it took many contacts over 4 months to collect. Unacceptable. More
