I found exactly what I was looking for as far as color and model. I contacted the internet sales department with some questions and got an immediate response from Ethan Leonard. He was very accommodating and provided the price comparisons I asked for. He then referred us to Mike Columbus to provide additional information and complete the deal. Mike was great to work with and showed us courtesy and respect through the entire negotiating process. After a little give and take we agreed on the deal. Then we met with the Finance Manager, Joshua Smith, to finalize the paper work (lots of paperwork!) He was very organized and knowledgeable and led us through the process as painlessly as possible. We are very pleased with our new Ridgeline and thanks to Ethan, Mike and Joshua for helping and guiding us through process. More
