We have been a member of the West Houston Infiniti family since 1991 when we purchased our first G20. Now 32 years later, we are still driving Infinitis and continue to love them. The Service Department headed by Terry Landry is superior as everyone is friendly and very concerned about being sure we know what is needed, what is recommended, and exactly the cost. The overall Service Department is one of the main reasons we continue to return to West Houston Infiniti. Our Service Representative, Josh Jacobs, is great about always providing us with a loaner care. We drive 45 minutes to an hour to arrive at West Houston Infiniti and the loaner allows us to do errands we need or want to do while in Houston. Our Sales Consultant, Terry Epps, has sold us ALL of our cars except the first one. We recommend West Houston Infiniti to our friends and a number of them now drive Infinitis. West Houston Infiniti does not just sell you a car; they become part of your family and treat you with respect, care, and value you and your car!
