Fail to understand the concept of appointment. Have been at the service department for 5 hrs without a diagnosis yet. For over 25 yrs, I was dedicated to this dealership. Bought 6 different Subarus from them (all new)- WILL NEVER RETURN. I used to believe I had the best dealership ever. Customer Service is now a thing of the past @ West Houston Subaru. GM is a joke. Frank really put the dealership in the wrong hands. No more "really, really, happy customers", they will need to revise their motto. So sad More
