Hi Erin. While we're very grateful to read your kind and thoughtful feedback about John, we are disappointed to hear that not every aspect of your experience met expectations. I can see a little miscommunication about warranties and the privacy form, though. We do not sell our customers' data; however, we do report it to the DMV and Land Rover, the manufacturer, for any future possible recalls. Carfax is only given the vehicle data and not your personal data. The warranties/ service contracts confusion is that it is not regulated by the state, but rather dealers can set the markup and must file that markup with the state. Once filed, it cannot be adjusted by law. Please feel free to reach out if you would like any other items cleared up. - Land Rover Jacksonville.
