From the moment I walked in, John was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained everything that would be done during the service. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable John was about Volkswagen vehicles and how efficiently he handled the intake process. No long waits, no confusion, and he even followed up to make sure I was completely comfortable with the plan. It made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and stress-free.
