We worked a fair deal over email and text due to us living out of town. Drove up from Chattanooga l in a Saturday afternoon. Beware of the service department as well as the management team. I took my gladiator in for an appointment at 10 am. After not hearing anything back finally got ahold of Travis the service advisor who advised they had not been able to complete the service as they did not have what they needed. A phone call would have been nice to update me earlier in the day. Nonetheless I was advised if I left my truck overnight, they would get the parts first thing in the morning and get everything done. Next day came, never heard from anyone so I called at 2 pm, service rep advised not sure what was going on but would have Travis call. Travis never called. I called back again at 3, once again told not sure what is going on but will have Travis call me. As you can guess, Travis did not call. Called back at 4, yep no idea what is going on but will have Travis call. At 5 when still had received no call, my husband and I went to the dealer. As it turns out nothing had been done on my truck as the technician had ran into an issue with the tires. When speaking to the service advisor was told that they ended up not have the tool they needed to do the tires (why would a Jeep dealer not have the tools needed to work on a Jeep...crazy concept) and that there had been delay as technician cut his hand. I advised sorry for the technician but really not my problem (I was informed but he did get hurt working on my truck) asked why I had not been advised earlier of issues. No good reason given. I asked to speak to the service manager who also was no help. The service manager had nothing but excuses...He advised that even though I had an appointment the day before at 10 appointments mean nothing because of how backed up they are as they are very short staffed, calls coming into the service department don't come straight in to them, the one technician got hurt, etc. I explained all of that would have been nice to know but NO ONE ever attempted to communicate or update me guess they were just planning on keeping my truck another night without ever speaking to me. Also spoke to supposedly the manager over the dealer while he apologized that was it. Long story short after 2 days leaving the dealership with my truck with no work done. Suggest definitely doing your homework and research before choosing a service department and think twice before going here. Had I done that I would not have landed here as several poor reviews on line as well they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau which says a lot about a business and based on reviews with the BBB their rating as of today is a D-. If possible would give less than 1 star! More

We purchased a new Jeep Willys & we’re very satisfied with Martin and Carson! We had previously walked out of 3 dealers due various reasons. Carson & Martin were determined they would not be the 4th. I would recommend doing your research before dealing with West Knox CDJR. I had a deal sheet agreed to, a loan approved with documents sent overnight, and the next day I was told the vehicle had a deal pendi West Knox CDJR. I had a deal sheet agreed to, a loan approved with documents sent overnight, and the next day I was told the vehicle had a deal pending by another person. I was told by Carson, he was working to find me a new vehicle with the same specs and he'd call me the next morning. I never heard from him again. There's more to the story, but in short, this is the kind of dealership that gives sales people and dealerships a bad name, in my opinion. More
