Their word means NOTHING!! I went in to buy a Ram 2500 with specific details of what I wanted to do with the truck (towing, etc). I picked the truck with the "2500 HEAVY DUTY", I went in to buy a Ram 2500 with specific details of what I wanted to do with the truck (towing, etc). I picked the truck with the "2500 HEAVY DUTY", salesmen Dave said good for 16K pound towing. NOT TRUE. Got home and discovered the towing capacity was no better than the Ram 1500 I traded in. I have tried MULTIPLE times to get in touch with these people, NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. I showed up and they give me lip service. During the course of several weeks I have texted back and forth and have in writing, they made a mistake when they gave me the specs. Spoke with sales mgr on a conference call with corporate customer service, and even though he acted dismayed, no word from him either. So in summary: sold me a truck with false spec info, NO return calls after no less than a dozen messages, manager won't call me back either. So I sit here with a truck that cant do the work I need it to do. THEY WON'T STAND BEHIND THIER WORD!! THEY MADE THE MISTAKE, WHY WON'T THEY MAKE IT RIGHT? I TRUSTED WHAT THEY TOLD ME!! More

Got the same jeep for $ 9500 less in New port and it was a 2020 not a 2019 ! And after walking the lot was giving a water not showing the vending machine! Never again! More
