Do not take your car here for service. They’ve had mine for over 2 weeks because they refused to call our warranty company and tried to make us pay over $2,000 out of pocket instead and wouldn’t start on m for over 2 weeks because they refused to call our warranty company and tried to make us pay over $2,000 out of pocket instead and wouldn’t start on my car until we did. We then had to call the warranty company ourselves and tell them everything going on in order for them to start repair after a week and a half. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was rude and never called back when they said the would. More

We went there and had no idea what to expect with the pandemic going on. Bryan Cook our sales rep was very friendly listened to everything that we wanted and this gentleman was not pushy at all. Honestly the worst experience I had at a dealership. Scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle, was to meet with salesperson at 10:00. We were traveling from out of town and I had An issue come up with our truck. We called the service department the next morning and they had us come in and they looked at our truck as soon as we got ther come up with our truck. They pulled the truck in right away and had their service tech look at it and quickly found the problem. I took longer to get the warranty approval than it did to fix it. It was a third party warranty. We were out in a short time and back on the road. Great service! More
