Mr. Peltz was very patient as we were not entirely sure what would fit our families needs the best. He showed us multiple trucks that we inquired about and seemed very happy to do so. There was never any “pressure to buy” or the feeling that he was playing games or tricks with us as we’ve experienced with dealerships before. Instead, he would just remind us that even if we chose not to buy, at least he would make a friend in us. When negotiating a price, Mr. Winston, the sales manager was just as awesome as Mr. Peltz. He was very open about the process, and seemed to be interested in making sure that we were getting a vehicle that would fit our needs more than he was in just making a sale. We figured that when we told Mr. Winston and Mr. Peltz that we wanted to take a day and think about our options that we would run into the typical “this deal is only for today” games. WE DID NOT. Instead we were met with, “absolutely, go home and think it over and call us when you decide.” Being a Ford fan my entire life, not only am I impressed so far by the seemingly excellent quality of the Ram we just purchased, but I am extremely impressed and grateful for the experience with the gentlemen that made us feel like family at their dealership. I would, will and have recommended Jim Cogdill Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to others and will gladly pass off my experience to anyone who is looking to purchase. More

Frustrating Buying a car is extremely time consuming and frustrating. Having a salesmen go back and forth because they do not have an answer to questions is also Buying a car is extremely time consuming and frustrating. After working up a deal and agreeing to the terms to have them say we need to have the title is ridiculous. We have done this before with out a title with NO problem. Then to have a salesman send a sarcastic text is not professional and unappealing. We went to another dealer who took the trades without the paper title. The new salesman knew his product and we were in and out in 3 hours! The truck cost LESS than we would have paid for the used vehicle, and it was NEW! More
