While my service rep, Danny Barker, was good to deal with and did find me a 10% coupon, the price for the services was fairly outrageous. The only other thing is that when I had to walk through sales folks to get to the working restrooms, some didn't even step aside. Only one asked me if I needed help with anything, and I thought that they were generally kind of careless and slightly rude – more concerned about talking to each other than looking out for or talking to customers. Funny thing is, I have been pretty interested in getting a wrangler somehow some way, and really didn't know where to go to see them, with your construction mess and was not impressed with your sales people enough to ask while I was there. So who knows – in the end you might've lost a sale! More
