First let me start by saying I stopped by Sewell Ford only because I wanted a Ford F150 and let me say my experience there was so unforgetable... So unforgetable that I would never ever go back. After looking online at the preowned autos Nissan had to offer I place a pre approval application on line and WaLa... The next day I had a call from Jonny inviting me into Nissan and let me say I had never been treated the way I was treated there all the guys were friendly and very helpful. I was greated at the door and I was asured that I would walk out with a new auto while I went on a test drive they got on the phones and got to work. WoW they wanted a sale and boy did they know how to make it. With the help of all the guys expecially Jonny I was able to buy a 2009 Nissan Sentra after trading my 2002 Nissan Frontier. I would return back to Nissan with out a dought and would recomend Nissan to everyone. Talk about Cutomer Service!!!! The best I have ever had. Rain and all but they made sure I left there happy. Johnny was great trying to meet all my needs to buy a new car. He was very polite and helpful. Very prompt on returning phone calls, which is a big plus. His manager Joey was friendly also.
