Before going to this dealership, I've literally went to almost every one of brand dealerships to decide which brand we like to purchase, and I can say Lenore is the best. When others(other brand) were focusing on just selling the car, Lenore spent time with us work things out as what they can provide best for us. After our purchase, she even texted us thanking us for the purchase and to contact her anytime if we have any questions. I just felt she really takes good care of her customers even after the purchase is made and I really appreciate it. Other staffs were very friendly and welcoming as well. This is our first Jeep and I really look forward purchasing another one for myself. 2nd time around A couple of days after buying our Patriot we were driving somewhere and my wife said "tell me again why we've never owned a Jeep before?". I don't A couple of days after buying our Patriot we were driving somewhere and my wife said "tell me again why we've never owned a Jeep before?". I don't know how often this happens, but after our first experience buying a car at West Valley we took a good hard look at our second car. Two weeks later we were trading it in for the bright yellow Renegade we had noticed the first time around. We went straight back to Allen Schlicher who, again, was very patient and explained all the options as we contemplated buying our second car in two weeks, something I'd never dreamed I'd be doing. We got great attention from the rest of the staff as well, but they never pressured us as we considered (and reconsidered) the deal. The first purchase would never have happened if I hadn't trusted the dealership, let alone two within three weeks time. This two-Jeep family highly recommends this group. Charles B.
