I spotted what I wanted on West Valley Jeep's website. I've bought enough cars over the years to consider myself a veteran of the dealership octagon, and arrived fully prepared for the usual shenanigans. For the price I saw online I half expected to find the car only had three tires, or smelled like an ashtray inside, but it was cherry, and our salesman (Allen Schlicher) couldn't have been more patient. There was none of the usual pressure, or attempts to upsell us. He listened to what we said we required, and made sure we got it. When it came time to talk terms, West Valley showed some flexibility with what I thought was already a really good price, and were more than fair with a trade in that my wife had already threatened not to ride home in. General Manager Eric Van Ace is to be commended here. He has fostered an environment that encourages his people to give the customer what they're hoping for. The absolute best car buying experience I've had I came across West Valley on the internet while searching for a specific model with specific packages. I was contacted through West Valley by Nikki Ma I came across West Valley on the internet while searching for a specific model with specific packages. I was contacted through West Valley by Nikki Maki who provided me with the most competitive price (by far). At first I thought it was a bait and switch tactic to get me to the dealership but I took the chance and drove the 40+ miles to their location to see for myself. I could not have been more satisfied ! Nikki delivered on everything she promised and with the help of her co-workers made the entire experience quick, painless & stress free. If this one experience is indicative of how this dealership typically operates I would highly encourage you all to check them out. The price difference (as well as the ease and lack of hard sales pitch) were well worth the trip I had to make.
