They made me wait five days, confirmed I was coming on my scheduled appointment and then told me when I arrived the car was sold moments ago. To try to keep my business they tried to sell me a smaller car for more money. Classic lowball bait and switch and the car is still listed as one of the lowest priced cars on their website. Only bright spot was the salesman I first spoke with, Jerrod, who lost a sale due to the dealership's cut-throat business practices. This dealership has no integrity at all, take your business elsewhere. On top of this, their documentation fee is highest I've ever seen at $650. Not only did I not buy from there, I won't buy a thing from any of their dealership network nor will I buy Mitsubishi ever again in this area as they are the only local dealership. I wouldn't trust them to honestly service a bicycle, much less anything with four wheels. More

Car Buying Experience I was in the market for a used car with low miles and no older than 2015. Jesse White was my sales person and dealt with me throughout the buying eff I was in the market for a used car with low miles and no older than 2015. Jesse White was my sales person and dealt with me throughout the buying effort. He was friendly, easy to work with, not pushy, listened well, and got to know my needs and wants in a vehicle. Jesse was patient and very well versed in the vehicles I considered. He involved others at the dealership as needed. Overall experience was very good and I bought a vehicle at a fair price. More
Red flags from the start!! For starters, the car we purchased had everything we wanted or so it was advertised that way. We pulled a listing from Westgate website for our car. For starters, the car we purchased had everything we wanted or so it was advertised that way. We pulled a listing from Westgate website for our car. It was advertised as having a sunroof. Oppps turns out there was a mistake with the listing and it didn’t have a sunroof. Apologies were given and we were leaving. We were told one could be added aftermarket. So we were intrigued. Despite that red flag, we purchased anyway. We were told the car would be ready by Wednesday after the sunroof was installed. We set an appointment with our sales rep to pick it up for Friday at around noon. Friday, We arrived on to be told it wasn’t ready and that it would be ready for the following Monday. On Monday we were told for sure it would be ready for Wednesday. In the meantime, the finance department was supposed to have our paperwork ready and waiting to go with the car. Except there was no paperwork. Copies of everything I sign should be available to me, instead, we were given just a copy of the wrong contract. So my wife called multiple time asking for copies. At one point she and the woman in the finance were yelling back and forth about why there were no copies of the paperwork available to us. Then there was the misquoting of how much the extended warranty actually cost. Which took the monthly payment from one quote to an increase of almost 50 dollars. After numerous calls regarding our concerns since we still didn’t have the car, and a few apologies later the car was finally ready. We were told that it had been detailed, however, it hadn’t been detailed. A barely there interior car wipe was done. Had someone actually done a detail they would have found the necklace and the $20 bill from the previous owner that was stuck under the back passenger seat. One final issue occurred this past weekend when we received a notification to schedule maintenance service. A bit of confusion since we have the Westgate for life sticker in our window. When we called about the Westgate for life sticker we were told it only applies to new cars. Westgate for life stickers only applies to customers who buy a brand new car from Westgate. Well, then why is there a Westgate for life sticker in our car. The sticker is clearly misleading as it implies we are covered and we aren’t. We were told, “it was probably put there since we ran out of inspection stickers”. Really? Then why not take it out before you turn the car over to me with the proper stickers. It was almost like one last punch in the gut from this facility. More than a month has passed we are really pleased with our purchase. Disappointed with the buying experience and customer service but satisfied with the vehicle. More
