He went above and beyond to ensure all of our requests were attended to and everything was explained in detail about our car purchase. The main issue that we have was about the website listing, which mentioned that the car came with certain features but once we arrived at the dealership that was not the case and we almost had to look elsewhere for a vehicle. This resulted in multiple visits back and forth to the dealership to get those things taken care of by Travis whom we once again thank highly for his superior customer service. Our tip for this dealership is to ensure that vehicles are inspected more thoroughly and that listings are accurate to avoid multiple visits by customers. All in all, we are thankful and would recommend Westgate to any of our colleagues. More
