Is my money not good enough to buy from you? I wish I could give this dealership less than one star. This has been the worst buying experience EVER! I am approved to purchase; however I can't get a salesperson to sell me the car. I have been getting the run around for days now. I have been told 'I am working to make a deal for you' after I clearly explained I will pay the advertised price. I even have a $300 certificate to take money off of the price from their website that no one there wants to discuss.. Well, as of 5/6/19, the price has gone up $1000. I have in writing the price I was offered which is supposed to be good for 30 days. Obviously this dealership does not like the color of my money or could it be they have someone else they would rather sell too? I don't know. They have been very discouraging by stalling me and giving me vague answers if they answer at all. I asked directly: Do you want to sell this car to me. Of course the answer was yes; however no one will sit with me to make the sale. Why won't you sell this car to me???! I would like a response from the owner or manager. More

Be careful I came to this dealer knowing which car I wanted from online shopping. The finance department is very deceptive and do not care what you ask for. They I came to this dealer knowing which car I wanted from online shopping. The finance department is very deceptive and do not care what you ask for. They clearly only want to sell service deals and added $2000 to the price of my car by adding an Ally contract without explaining this was happening. I specifically said I did not want any contracts and I told them the monthly payement I wanted. They said this was impossible without putting more money down. I clearly could have had the payment I wanted but they only cared about themselves and adding a service contract. I have since canceled the contract and got the $2000 back but am locked into the higher monthly payment. I will never use this dealer again or recommend them to anyone. Please ask for an itemized explaination of the monthly payment they offer so you don’t make the same mistake I did. They are not to be trusted. More

At the same t My husband and I purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander. We LOVE this vehicle. Recently my husband was admitted to the Wake Med ICU. At the same time the lights went out on the vehicle. I drove over to get it fixed but was to late and the staff had left except for the managers....Reggie, Shawn and Trey. They popped the hood and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. It is always like this......EXCELLENT customer service every single time. Our gratitude to these 3 men, who really go the extra mile to insure every customer receives this kind of service. They have even allowed me to have our little dogs tag along while waiting for the oil change and inspection. I can never thank them enough for their kindness during a generally tough time for my family. They gained a forever customer. Special thanks to Shawn Davis. More

Great car buying experience! I visited Westgate Mitsubishi recently after extensive online browsing for a vehicle. This dealership seemed to have a decent selection of pre-owned v I visited Westgate Mitsubishi recently after extensive online browsing for a vehicle. This dealership seemed to have a decent selection of pre-owned vehicles, a couple of which I was very interested in. I got there a little before 10am on a Saturday and was greeted by Marco, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I test drove a couple cars, decided which one I wanted, and started the signing process. Once I chose the car I wanted, completing all the paperwork took maybe an hour. I left the lot a little before 1pm, so I was only there around 3 hours! Great experience, I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely return to do business with Marco! I'm so glad this dealership was the first one I visited and I absolutely love my Mazda 3! More
