Fail at Customer Service This dealership is all about the profit like many dealerships. The sales person was friendly on the surface but ultimately failed in the details. Gave us the wrong spare key and then left us hanging stating that used cars don't always come with a spare. ...While that is true...if you are given two keys to a purchased vehicle it is only common sense, decency, and ethical to justly assume that the keys given are actually FOR THE VEHICLE PURCHASED. Its somewhat laughable to think they asked to be considered for our next new car purchase. No. Never. Not going to happen. Details matter. Customer service ...matters. Now I've got to go $250 out of pocket for a missing spare key that they don't care to look for take responsibility. More

In 2003 I bought my daughter a used Eclipse and it just needed new tires and 1 minor belt adjustment, that ran great for many years,, and starting in 2003, I have bought 2 new Eclipse, The last one in 2007, that I still have now in 2018 and I only need to take it back to get the oil and filter changed, and inspected every year, and they all pass inspection every year. Great cars. More
