Lemons Hello I bought a Jeep Compass 2018 in Feb 16, 2018, It's been in service for an electrical problem. All 24 warning lights came on and car stops. On 02/19/18 7 am and 02/19/18 5 pm; I got car back on 03/9/18 and it stopped again on 03/10/18 at 2 pm. Instead of them giving me a another car, they are still trying to fix this car. I don't want that car. They are making me jump through hoops I had to get an attorney . I still have not heard from them. More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I was trying to get a vehicle from this dealership, I was very, very, very did-respected. I dealt with a sales rep named Rudy, and every time I asked I was trying to get a vehicle from this dealership, I was very, very, very did-respected. I dealt with a sales rep named Rudy, and every time I asked a question about the deal.... If it was something he couldn't do he would remark back to me with "Sorry can't do that we can stop the deal now". Are you serious, I'm a salesperson myself and this guy should be selling toilet paper. So, when I returned to get my car HE SOLD IT!!!!!! When I asked him why did he sell my car, his RUDE response to me was IT'S NOT YOUR CAR!!!!! More
