I purchased my first car from Westboro Mitsubishi back in 2009. Since then I have received exceptional service with all my maintenance needs. Today I went to "look" at the 2012 Outlander Sport. I was gre 2009. Since then I have received exceptional service with all my maintenance needs. Today I went to "look" at the 2012 Outlander Sport. I was greeted by Ezra within minutes on the lot. He was real nice from the beginning to the end. I had told him, I only wanted to look at the Outlander and really wasn't interested in buying today. He brought me over to one model and showed me a few options that they came with. From that point the car sold itself. Ezra never pressured me to buy (as so many other dealers do when you go to "look"). After Ezra helped us find "the one", we met Chris. So when I saw Chris working on his computer and checking out my trade-in, I thought, "Oh great, this guy looks like an uptight......" This was the farthest thought from the truth. Chris came over introduced himself and the show began. He was the funniest professional I think I have ever met. Not only did he entertain but he worked his butt off to find us the right deal. So many times I said, that just won't work for me... and he went right back to the grind. He was determined to get me the right deal and never pressured me to take one I didn't like.
