I was waiting for the four door fiat. They were able to get me a blue fiat from another dealer, and were able to turn it around the same day. Everyone was nice . I am rating the SERVICE CENTER, not the Dealership, I purchased my Fiat elsewhere. Service Center is Wonderful, customer service oriented, friendly, smart, quick, precise, and do a quality service on my purchased my Fiat elsewhere. The cashier (unfortunately I did not get her name) also did a terrific job! Bravo. We finally got to bring our "new" fiat home today, it has been a long summer, a lot going on. We had our heart set on buying this car, and thankfully; with the tremendous help from our sales today, it has been a long summer, a lot going on. We had our heart set on buying this car, and thankfully; with the tremendous help from our salesman- Matt Favuzza, we now have our car sitting in our garage. Can't say enough good things about the staff at Westbury Fiat!! Not if, but when we buy our second Fiat, we will be coming to Westbury again. Debra, Cammy, and Matthew were the best car sales people I have ever worked with. As an experienced buyer with previous horrible experiences I was anticipating the typical babble you get from most car sale I have ever worked with. They worked with me and got me the best price for the Fiat and for my trade in. They were extremely friendly, funny, and made me feel very comfortable in the purchase of my new fiat. I would highly recommend seeing anyone of these fantastic individuals. Not only were they able to speak about the specs of the car, but Debra sat with me for over an hour explaining how each function of the car worked and helped me to set up my phone and all the functions in the car so I was able to drive away with all my radio stations plugged in, able to call any persons in my phonebook using the Bluetooth feature and listen to my ipod through the media features. This was the best experience i have had thus far in purchasing a new car. Go see them!! More

Debra did a good job in locating my vehicle. The problems started when I took possession of the vehicle. The car had coffee stains in the cup holder and some kind of sticky glue on the inside of the car. The started when I took possession of the vehicle. On the delivery day I spent most of the day cleaning the vehicle even though I paid for dealer prep. I returned to the dealership 4 days after, after taking another day off from work, to get the chips and scratch fixed. They were able to fix all of them except the scratch on the hood. I was told by Debra "we can't fix the scratch on the hood. Go to an automotive store and purchase a color pencil the same color as your car and this will make it not look as bad." I believe that this was not the proper solution to fixing the scratch on the hood. More

I spent all day on the day of delivery when i got home cleaning vehicle and removing some kind of glue substance from dash area. went back to dealer to have paint chips repaired they repaired them but was told by debby that i should go to and automotive parts store and purchase a marker in the color of my car as she was not able to fix scratch on hood "that should make it look alot better." This is ridiculous as a new vehicle should be delivered in prestine condition and not just wiped down with a towel. More

My wife and I live in Astoria, Queens so we first visited the Fiat of Manhattan studio for its convenient proximity. Our experience there involved multiple attempted bait-and-switch efforts and was so insult the Fiat of Manhattan studio for its convenient proximity. Our experience there involved multiple attempted bait-and-switch efforts and was so insulting that we walked away even after we got the swindler (and manager) Caleb Dennis to finally honor the deal offered on Fiat's website. But this is all for another review. We chose instead to spend the $20 and an hour or so of our time to take the L.I.R.R. to Westbury, where we were treated with relative respect by Debra, who, despite paying a bit too much credence to traditional gender roles and expectations, was otherwise friendly and absolutely fair. We didn't have to spend extra time demanding to not be swindled. Unlike the con artists at Fiat of Manhattan, she listed all fees and costs applicable to the sale in an easy to read list. She went out of her way to answer all the many questions we had enthusiastically. She didn't need to talk us into anything. She trusted us to let her know what we wanted and she facilitated our desires. Simple and professional. It was a genuinely great experience, which we recommend to all other potential buyers. We definitely urge any prospective buyers to avoid the Manhattan location as though it were a horrible virus. More
