I constantly get the run around from all parties involved. My brand new leased Giulia has been out of commission 5 times in less than 5 months!!! (I took delivery in late Oct. 2017 (noteworthy re: delivery: they delivered a black car in the dead of night with front bumper damage and the vehicle's interior was filthy upon delivery. This is after they had me waiting at the dealership for approximately 2 hours citing the delay was due to the vehicle being detailed for delivery. Well that turned out to obviously be an outright lie!) - took delivery in late Oct. 2017 and it was already out of commission in early November.) Again, I repeat - out of commission a total of 5 times in less than 5 complete months! Unacceptable. It is by all accounts a lemon under NY Lemon law. The most recent malfunction was on 3/12/18 where the car died on the LIE while in drive! (They cited it was a faulty fuel pump). I have repeatedly been stranded in this vehicle on 4 other occassions where it has had to be towed to the service center. Keep in mind that at the negotiation table the salesman boasts about their VIP service (what a joke) and the largest fleet of Alfa loaners. That couldn't be further from the truth - just another outright lie. They are extremely limited as to Alfa service loaners - they have had me in a jeep since 3/12. Last time I checked I signed a lease agreement with Alfa Romeo, NOT Jeep. (They share a service center with Westbury Jeep /Chrysler as Alfa does not have its own dedicated facility). Again, avoid this dealership and company to spare yourself the constant aggravation and safety risk associated with a vehicle that is unfit and unsafe to be placed on the roadway and into the stream of commerce. You have been warned. I urge you to look elsewhere for your own sake. If I can save 1 person from experiencing the aggravation I have dealt with these past 5 months and this past week alone, this review is certainly worth it. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere on a vehicle and company that values the consumer and the consumer's safety. At Alfa they could care less about your concerns or safety for that matter. My case has been escalated to corporate to no avail. Corporate called me today and wanted me to accept the return of a lemon vehicle. I have no choice but to pursue my legal options. You have been warned. Update: I placed a call this afternoon to speak with GM Mike M. regarding the ongoing issues and never received a call back. I was told he was "on the other line" and would call me back. Now they are closed. Based on other reviews, seems to be a common occurrence. As for Tim Doyle (Service Director) he called me earlier this afternoon (apparently aware of a review I had posted on Google as it was the first thing he mentioned) It's sad that his primary concern was the return of the Jeep loaner rather than addressing the lemon vehicle and repeated reliability and safety concerns. Add his condescending tone to the mix and you can see why the ratings issued for this sub-par dealership are warranted for this location and its employees. More

I had to leave and go to another dealership due to one of the worst car buying experience. Test drove one with the sales representative Paul Sapienza, sat down with him and after detailing the options I wanted he found a car matching them, but it was not in their stock. I left with the understanding that I wanted that car and would call back to finalize details. I called back the day after asking for the person I spoke with and it was not available. I called later and finally I got him on the phone and I asked some basic questions at what point he started being uncomfortable and pushy for me to go back to the dealership. I kindly requested some financial information and he told he had to look into that and would call me back. Needless to say no call back. I once again call the dealership and the person who answered the phone said told me that the salesperson was not there. I called again I was able to get the sales person on the phone and asked my questions again and he told me that he had to get to his desk to grab the info, at which point we got "disconnected". I called back right away and now, a fraction of second later, the person answering the phone told me that the sales person was not there. I pointed out disappointed that I was literally just speaking to the guy, so now he miraculously is able to get me the sales person on the phone. Needless to say no info was provided and I had to go back to the dealer. Once I arrived the dealer was almost empty. Started talking to the sales person who made me wait another 15 minutes claiming to look over to see if another car was in stock that matched my specs. He came back showing me that he was able to find the car that I wanted, and I told him that it was the exact same car I choose in precedence. So I asked for a lease quote with specific conditions, that I repeated from the beginning, asking for money factor, residual, etc. etc. The sales person came back with a piece of paper with sporadic info not even matching my criteria. At this point I decided to leave since it was just a complete waste of time. More

First of all, Paul was such a pleasure to deal with. He was honest and to the point, which I greatly appreciate since you get a lot of BS from a lot of dealerships/sales people. I went to 2 dealerships prior to going to Westbury Fiat, and the prior dealerships' service were subpar compared to Paul's/Westbury Fiat's. I definitely recommend Westbury Fiat to any one interested in Fiats or Alfa Romeos. I also would like to recommend Paul Sapienza to anyone interested in going to Westbury Fiat as he is a real sales professional. Great service by Westbury Fiat. More

I live in New Jersey and was somewhat leery of travelling to Long Island for the purchase. I soon learned that I needn't have been concerned. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My salesperson, Paul Sapienza (a car guy!) was a pleasure to deal with along with Steve Rosen the pre-owned manager and Mike Mineo the GM. I found that purchasing a vehicle from Fiat/Alfa of Westbury was overall a pleasurable experience More

A pet peeve of mine is when a salesperson does not return your calls, especially when they say the would. This is why I did not lease the car from the first dealership I went to. Cammy returned my calls and was on top everything. She was very pleasant to work with and I did not feel pressured into leasing the car, so it was a very enjoyable and smooth process. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. More

We did cross shop a couple of other brands like Honda, Mini, Jeep, and Fiat. We like the styling of the 500 L and 500 X and based on the sales experience, the styling, the equipment and price of the 500X Lounge we decided to switch and get that model. The staff were very nice, professional, and while motivated were not pushy which often occurs in car sales. I am very satisfied with my experience at Westbury Fiat and would recommend them to anyone shopping vehicles in the types they offer. More
