My 2019 Durango wouldn’t start this Tuesday, out of nowhere. Had to have it towed to the dealership under warranty. The tow transported my vehicle around noon yesterday. And I still have yet to find ou nowhere. Had to have it towed to the dealership under warranty. The tow transported my vehicle around noon yesterday. And I still have yet to find out what’s wrong with the vehicle. On top of that, they wouldn’t give me a loaner, and instead simply offered to put me on the “emergency” list. I was told the emergency list was quite lengthy… which obviously doesn’t help my situation. I rely on this vehicle for daily transportation of myself and my children. Absolutely ridiculous. I received no call from my service advisor since the car arrived at the dealership. I had to call Ms Kelly Cooper myself today, only to find out that the tech just started to look at my car at 3pm. I asked again for a loaner vehicle, to which she responded that the emergency list is so long, you’ll get your car back before a loaner is released to you. This only infuriated me even further.. and Ms Cooper proceeded to compare my vehicle to a toaster… “sometimes you buy things and they stop working.” Still have yet to find out what happened to my vehicle… More
