A couple of days before I was going to close the purchase at the one particular dealer, I decided when I got off work early to see if Westbury Chrysler could get me a better deal - maybe even a lease since I wanted a low monthly payment. Well, I'm so glad I decided to stop buy. Jason Xenos immediately impressed me with his attention to detail, customer focus, and well mannered demeanor. I explained which T&C I wanted and explained my situation. He and the sales manager, Mr. Kravetz, gave me a great price on a lease without even haggling. They knew I was close to finishing a deal with their competitor and didn't want to lose my business. From the breeze financials were made by Steve Cottage to the extra help Shawn Reischmann provided when Jason wasn't available, Westbury Chrysler exemplifies superior customer service. The one thing that most impressed me was the monthly payment and fees that Jason quoted me did not change one cent from the start of the deal to finish. I had previously purchased a Jeep at this dealership and needed to purchase a Dodge Durango. In the past I had used another dealership but when it came time to purchase a new car last year, they did not hav needed to purchase a Dodge Durango. In the past I had used another dealership but when it came time to purchase a new car last year, they did not have what I wanted in stock so I just went to Westbury to see what they had. I found them to be friendlier and less high pressure than the other dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted and no one tried to talk me out of it, scare me into extras (although they were nicely explained) and the offer did not change when I came back a few days later. I also love the service department from my last vehicle. More
