She actually got me into a truck with more than I was looking for and that I could afford. I feel she should be commended for her work. This is my second purchase from Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge. I came to them five years ago for my Liberty and just recently felt like getting something a little different and newer. I knew I should have just come back to Westbury first. This was my first time dealing with Shane and Arnie. Both were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The best part to me is that neither one of them were the typical pushy salespeople...they were down-to-earth, normal guys who had a lot to offer. I can't thank them enough. Initially I was interested in a 2008 used Liberty but after looking at the 2010 and talking about various things with Tom I decided to purchase a black 2010, for a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure dealing with him and everyone else at Westbury. Tom was actually one of the only salesman that actually returned my phone calls in a timely manner and answered any questions! The car was ready when promised,it was clean and beautiful, the finance dept. was excellent and purchasing the jeep was an enjoyable very easy process.
