I came in with a check engine light problem. The problem was a persistent problem that would not go away. Each time I brought in the jeep in Lisa stayed in touchand on top of it. I had to recently bring my Chrysler Town and Country in for "Check Engine" light service at the fairly new service center on Bond Street. My first visit at Westbury Chrysler was not a good one. I decided because of the locatgion near where I live I would try them again. Ray Schoeffel became my sales rep. Hew took me for a test drive and explained the some of the features of the car some because this was a little overwhelming to me. Upon return we discussed price and more of the features. Two days later I called Ray to let him know that we were close to a deal. Ray bent over backwards to get the color and package that I was interested in. The day I took posession of the car was a very plesant experience. Ray walked me throgh the paper work with Bob. Debbie helped me fill out the initial paper work and explained the many features that the dealership plan came with the car. When I took delivery Ray once again explained in depth all the features that come with my new car. He was extremely patient with this grandmother type buyer. I rarely write to a company about my experience but wanted to let Chrysler particularly Westbury Chrysler what a happy experience it was dealing with Ray. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family in fact I am looking forward to showing off my new car and bragging about the way Ray made it a non-scary buying experience.
