This is the 4th SUV we bought from Westbury Jeep and they treat you like family. The last 3 were Jeep but this time we loved the Dodge Journey. This dealership has no respect to customers after they get you into a contract, the lie on their web site; I brought a 2008 x5. Which there salesman mike piedmont told me it was in great condition, no damage, and it only had 20k miles. i get the car it has a chipped winshield, scratches all over the bumpers, and it had 23k miles. when i asked him how, he states his manager was driving the truck thats why it has the extra miles. also they where suppose to pay for half of the shipping this aronoal tells me i might owe them money. Terrible service over all and this mike p has no experience, always needs to call me back to find out when I ask him a question. More

This was my first service visit with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. I have 3000 miles on it and wanted to do an oil change. My salesman had setup an appointment for me but I reached the 3000 miles befor Cherokee SRT8. I have 3000 miles on it and wanted to do an oil change. When I called to change my appointment, I learned that I could use the new Express Lane feature at the Service Department (no appointment needed). I arrived at the dealership at a convenient time for me and was greeted promptly and professionally. We discussed my needs and I was directed to a waiting room and offered coffee or water. I was told it would not take more than 30 minutes. The wait room was comfortable with a cable TV (and remote) for me to idle some time away. There were recent magazines and newspapers, coffee and a few vending machines. What really perked me up was the free WiFi Internet access. I was able to check email, browse the web and stream music while waiting. Less than 30 minutes later, my Jeep was ready, my bill was presented and I paid and checked out without any hassle. This is a great service feature that I will use often. It takes the hassle out of routine maintenance like oil changes (plus there's no fees for labor if you bought your Jeep from Westbury). More
