New Jeep Purchase Great experience. Everything was handled very easily. I had a leased Ram Truck that I was returning and was purchasing a new Jeep Cherokee. Joe Sep Great experience. Everything was handled very easily. I had a leased Ram Truck that I was returning and was purchasing a new Jeep Cherokee. Joe Seplow took care of all the paper work and let us bring the truck to the dealership instead of having to take it out to Farmingdale. He called us as soon as the Jeep came in and we finished all the signing and left with a new Jeep! No problems at all. Great place to purchase a new vehicle. Joe is very good at his job. You can tell he know's what he's doing. He made it a pleasant experience. More

Worst experience EVER Long story short. Bought a used 2005 Envoy, had issues within 2 weeks, decided to return (as per their 30 day policy) and got no Sorry for your troub Long story short. And after days of calling to set up the return, the manager (Chris Schmitt) has the xxxxx , to say he's only know for the day!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT WESTBURY JEEP, OR REFFER ANYONE- not even my worst enemy. More

I started with Westbury Jeep and saw one that I liked but I was in the market for a Certified Jeep grand Cherokee and searched endlessly for 2 months. I started with Westbury Jeep and saw one that I liked but didn't love. I went to other dealers and looked into other Companies and Suv's but the finances didn't work and the other salesman didn't listen to me. A month passed and Anthony called me when a certified Cherokee came in and I came in and loved the car and the price was reasonable. They accommodated me and worked me and my bank to secure the deal I needed and left me actually happy that I dealt with a dealership for the first time. More

Horrible Customer Service The service department is HORRIBLE!!! I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler soft top that leaked when we had that bad rain last Friday. I called they couldn’t f The service department is HORRIBLE!!! I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler soft top that leaked when we had that bad rain last Friday. I called they couldn’t find my info because they had my account under the wrong name. I had about 2 inches of water in my car and they told me I had to wait for over a month for an appt for an inspection with the water leak specialist. So I’m driving around with water in my car and it smells. I left a message for the manager to call me, a week later no call!! Not to mention this happened 2 years ago when I got the car. Today it’s raining and I have water in my car again. I won’t even waste my time calling them. Worst worst worst service ever!!! Can’t wait to give back my car and be done with them. More
