Hi Nayant, Thank you for taking the time to write your review on your visit with us. I do apologize for the wait you experienced on this past Sunday and yesterday. Unfortunately, it was Columbus Day weekend and we were very busy from open to close. We had all of our sales staff working and we tried our best to accommodate all of our customers as fast as we could while still trying to give everyone a thorough satisfactory experience and ensure all needs were met. I myself went out to dinner this past Saturday evening and was told the wait was about 45 minutes. We wound up waiting about an hour and a half. The wait, as I told the owner upon leaving-was well worth it once we sat down and had an excellent experience! I always feel when a place is that busy and the wait is that long, it is usually is for a good reason and a sign that people go there for a reason and are willing to wait. That being said, it is your prerogative to decide to wait or leave if you feel it is too long. We did have plenty of people that did stay and purchase vehicles with us and had a wonderful experience. So I do hope that you do not base your experience with us off of waiting for an available sales associate and give us an opportunity to sit with you and show you what Westbury Jeep is truly like and the experience that we give our customers. Please feel free to read the many positive reviews that our wonderful customers have given us time and time again and hopefully reconsider visiting us once more. We are the #1 Jeep dealership in the country for a reason and we pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide for our customers.
