Great Experience! I just traded in a 2014 Infiniti Q50 for a 2017 Grand Cherokee and I have to say the transaction was seamless. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler and he was great. Wasn't aggressive and gave me what I wanted. I was pricing the vehicle in two other Jeep dealerships, but they didn't get it. Rather than getting me what I wanted they were trying to push what they wanted. At the end of the day this is the reason why I will be back in tomorrow to trade out my 2nd vehicle for a Durango! Really spacious dealership, not cluttered like others. More

Great Experience I brought my Durango for couple of issues. One of them was a transmission problem. My service advisor was Fernando Maia. He was wonderful. Kept me updated at all times. If I could I would give him 10 stars. Everything I asked for was done and the car runs like brand new. The reason why I remove a star is for the loner issue. My car is still on warranty, but if you don't buy your vehicle at particular Jeep Chrysler Dodge but you bring it there for a service, there is no loaner. And bringing back to the dealer I purchased from was just not feasible. I been having different cars thru my live time but I never experience this kind of situation. If this is Jeep Chrysler Dodge policy, they need to really rethink their strategy, since I am seriously considering trading my car for a different brand. More
