Great Salesman I want to send kudos to my Westbury Jeep Salesman Anthony Dinelaris, Sr. I went in there to trade in my 2012 Dodge Challenger and I was looking for I want to send kudos to my Westbury Jeep Salesman Anthony Dinelaris, Sr. I went in there to trade in my 2012 Dodge Challenger and I was looking for a pre certified Jeep Grand Cherokee. From the moment we met he made the process a seamless one. He was very polite and not a pushy salesman. When you’re making a purchase like this the last thing you need is someone pushing a vehicle you aren’t 100% interested in. After I narrowed my choices down to two, Anthony immediately got me the keys and we went out for a long test drive on both of them. When we returned there was CarFax and other documents ready for me to review so I could make a sound decision. We negotiated a price for the Jeep and my trade in that was in my opinion a fair one. They were flexible with my pick up date and Anthony always returned the several calls I left immediately. What’s funny if he called me two hours later he apologized, although not necessary, I felt it was great customer service. This is the second experience I’ve had with Westbury Jeep and I would never purchase a car from another Jeep dealer. They are definitely the best in the area and I thank you Anthony and the rest of the crew for all you did. More

From the moment I walked through the door and days after my purchase, they make you I had visited other Jeep dealerships and none compare to Westbury! From the moment I walked through the door and days after my purchase, they make you feel like you are a valued customer. I'll admit I am not the easiest customer to deal with as I came very prepared as to what vehicle i wanted and the price I wanted to pay and they met my expectations. I asked to meet with a sales Manager first and they introduced me to Lisa Amblo. She took the time to speak with me as I explained my past experiences with different dealers and that I had came prepared with other dealer adds and prices, which she welcomed. She then introduced me to a sales associate Osiris Bautista who went through every detail of the vehicle (Cherokee True North Edition) that I wanted and actually found a better and less expensive package of that edition that I wanted (which by the way, no other dealer had). He was also thorough in explaining their VIP program, which wasn't a deal maker for me, but now that I leased the vehicle, it definately is a great program as I may purchase the vehicle after the lease is up. After we finalized the vehicle that i wanted, we came to a price and Lisa came back to give me the best price possible with many different payment options (as I mentioned I can be difficult) and agreed to the best payment option that would work best for me. Paperwork was submitted as well as a deposit and i was introduced to Bobbie the business manager. It was getting late in the day and since I was not looking to take the vehicle home the same day, he would have more time to look for a better rate if possible. He was very thorough and explained to me the difference in credit scores as well as bank rates. Cherokee was ready for pick up when arrived the next day and Osiris made sure i was comfortable with the functions of the vehicle before i was on my way. It's been a few days and I just want to drive around in my new Jeep Cherokee where ever i go, the driver seat is so comfortable and the many adjustments are perfect for my bad back. More
